I am not good at swimming; I am not all that fit or athletic. But I enjoy it and I have a lot of close family/friends in my life including myself who have gone through and are still going through their own medical battles in past and present.  So I'll be swimming through the night to raise vital funds for the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, where some of WA's brightest researchers are working to better understand, treat and ultimately defeat the world's toughest diseases.

Every dollar raised helps give these researchers the tools, technology and time they need to pursue life-changing discoveries that could transform the future of healthcare for all of us.
