Lake swimming for a chilly change
We ventured out to Lake Leschenaultia today to find slightly colder water to mix things up a little. 14 degrees. The BEST start to the day 😍I’m swimming all night to help medical research!
We've all been touched by cancer and chronic disease. The last 12 months it's been especially close to home for me, watching people I love deal with heartbreaking news. 💔 We are so lucky to have access to the best available treatments, but sometimes it's still not enough.
The researchers at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research work tirelessly to innovate new technologies and therapies to improve outcomes for these diseases. They are safeguarding our future health. 💪
That’s why I'm taking on the Perkins Plunge - to raise vital funds for WA's best medical researchers. I’ll be swimming through the night with my crazy Open Water Swimming buddies 🏊♀️ - some of the best people I know. ❤️
