I’m on a mission to beat the world toughest diseases – one lap at a time.
I'm Henry - a final year PhD student here at the Perkins trying to find new ways to treat some diseases that inflict the greatest toll on families from WA and around the world. These include chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, which share an pro-inflammatory basis.
I am joining the Perkins Plunge for a third year running alongside other researchers and friends, because we believe in the Perkins' mission to enable our community to live healthier longer lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat life-altering diseases.
