We're on a mission to beat the world toughest diseases – one lap at a time.

No one ever wants to hear the words, "It's cancer." Or "It's heart disease." Or "It's diabetes." And perhaps the hardest words of all, "We don't know what it is yet."

Serious disease touches all of us. Whether it's a family member, a friend, a colleague or someone in our wider community, watching a loved one face an uncertain future is something no one should have to experience.

That's why our team is taking on the Perkins Plunge.

Together, we'll be swimming through the night to raise vital funds for the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, where some of WA's brightest researchers are working to better understand, treat and ultimately defeat the world's toughest diseases.

Every lap we swim and every dollar we raise helps power the research that leads to earlier diagnoses, better treatments and one day, cures. It's our way of standing with the families facing these diseases today while helping create a healthier future for generations to come.
